Gentle Flow Yoga



Our Gentle Yoga Flow practice is for everyone and every body. This slower paced class focuses on yoga basics including posture, breathing, stretching, and alignment. Learn the basics of yoga and decrease your risk of injury by improving flexibility, core strength, and body awareness. A guided meditation practice is also part of this 60 minute class.

This class is simply for everyone! Some days we all need a gentle class to workout our bodies. Beginners are encouraged to start their initial practice here and work your way to the next level when ready for a greater physical challenge.
