Vinyasa Flow & Core Strength
Vinyasa with Core Strength: a dynamic, energizing form of yoga incorporating core strengthening poses within sun salutations. A steady paced class focusing on core strength. This class is better suited for the intermediate level participant looking for a more vigorous yoga platform. Meditation and focus is practice throughout this session and at session end. This class is more challenging and better suited for the intermediate yogi and/or the physically fit.
